Overview
This 3/4" NPS spiral wound gasket is engineered for high-performance sealing in industrial piping systems. Designed to meet the rigorous demands of 150LB pressure class service, it provides a reliable, leak-tight seal for indoor flange connections. The gasket's construction combines the strength of metal with the sealing properties of a non-metallic filler, resulting in a component that offers excellent resilience and long-term stability under compression, thermal cycling, and chemical exposure.
Key Features
Compliant with ASME B16.20-2007 standards for dimensional consistency and performance. Features a 316L stainless steel outer ring for precise centering and flange protection. Winding is constructed from 316L stainless steel filled with Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). PTFE filler provides superior chemical resistance against a wide range of corrosive media. Spiral wound design offers inherent resilience to absorb flange movement and vibration. Engineered for reliable service in applications up to 150 pounds per square inch (PSI). Provides excellent creep resistance to maintain seal integrity over time.
