Installation Convenience: Features a back fixing method using M adhesive, eliminating the need for drilling, making installation quick and easy without damaging equipment. Status Visibility: Red barrier rod indicates the switch is open, green barrier rod indicates the switch is closed, providing clear visual indication of the switch's status during lockout. Usage Method Identify the extra-large or irregularly shaped switch that requires lockout. Use the M adhesive to fix the appropriate part of the breaker lock to the switch or surrounding area (no drilling needed). Position the barrier rod (red for open state, green for closed state) as needed to secure the switch. Insert the insulated padlock into the breaker lock to secure it, ensuring the switch cannot be operated. Attach the included tag to the padlock or switch, clearly indicating the lockout status, personnel involved, and reason for lockout. Verify that the lockout is secure, the status indication is clear, and the tag is visible. When the work is completed and it is safe to remove the lockout, remove the tag, padlock, and breaker lock in sequence, and detach the M adhesive fixing if necessary.
